First there was Adam Nation and his Great Outdoors thing – a one-man band back then. He wrote some more songs, met up with JoJo Darling and Bill Battery, and they formed the Mad Dash, later renamed counterevolutionaries (aka C-revs). Right around that time they started rocking with Kingsway. They all put out an album together. And Kingsway had played with Mooncussers on a previous album, so now those cats decided to come along for the ride, too. Did I mention that The Great Outdoors went through a resurgence?   That’s been going on for a while now. More recently, Randy Forrester and Nickel City Slim have joined forces to deliver DDG’s latest offering – Slim & Randy. It’s all good. And it’s all gold.
