Greetings music fans.
The Olympics are finally over. Praise be to Zeus. It was nice having you all here, but now get the hell out of my city.
I am a little hungover today, so I am going to keep it short. I will leave you with today’s ditty: 101 Steps from Kingsway’s debut The Typical or Universal Human Event (released on Transsiberian by my good friends Kate and Dan – Have I mentioned I am putting out a co-release record with them this year? I am. It’s a Kingsway record entitled The Girl Gets Away. I’ll be sure to post some demos soon.). Anyway, it’s a nice, little instrumental piece that features some fine playing by the lovely and talented Ida Nilsen. You can use it as the music score while you close your eyes and look back on your three favourite moments of the games. Here are mine:
