Greetings music fans.
So by now my loyal readership (all eleven of you) have likely heard that the DDG Spring Celebration has been cancelled. Ah, the luck of the Irish. Actually, I am not Irish. Yet another reason I don’t get all worked up about St. Patrick’s Day. Besides, real men don’t need an excuse to drink at breakfast. Hell, real men need an excuse to not drink at breakfast.
Tequila Sunrise it is.
Keep your ears to the ground, music fans. Uncle Jon might have a little replacement gig for you if you’re good. Now go drink your green beer, sing ‘Danny Boy’ thirty or so times, and try not to become a parody of yourselves. And make sure you don’t get so fucked up that you sleep in past the opening round of tomorrow’s NCAA tourney. 9am start. I think I’ll watch the morning games with my good friend Harvey Wallbanger.
